Ann Marie has been a psychotherapist and coach for 24 years and is also the owner of Mosaic Counseling. She graduated from Naropa University in May 2000, with a Masters in Contemplative Psychology. She is highly trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is certified in HeartMath, and is also certified as a Hypnotherapist. She is further certified as a Specialist in Hypnosis and Weight Reduction and in Hypnosis for Sports Performance. In addition, she is currently pursuing a PsyD, with an estimated graduation date of 2024. Ann Marie utilizes a myriad of therapies and interventions based on the needs of each client. Allison Chmiel, MS, LPC
Allison is a psychotherapist with many years of clinical experience working in a range of therapeutic settings. She received her Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. She specializes solution-based therapies such as in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and approaches all clients with empathy, understanding, and compassion.
