Directions: We are located at the Galleria building on the corner of Port Washington and Homestead Trail. When you enter the main entrance, take the stairs to your right and we are at the top of the stairs.

Directions: From the main entrance, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. You are welcome to take a seat in our waiting room just inside the suite.
Sheboygan

Directions: Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and follow the signs to the office suite. The suite is at the end of the hall on the left. There is a large waiting area just inside the suite.
Waukesha

Directions: Enter through door A, and take the elevator to the 1st floor. After taking the left off of the elevator, take a left through the glass doors, just before the atrium. Take a left at the end of the hall (follow signs) and continue to the end of the winding hall. The waiting area is just outside the office.
