Currently, some providers are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, WPS, UMR, Network Health, United, The Aurora Network, and Carelon. We can bill as out of network providers with any other insurance carrier.
We recommend calling your insurance company to understand your benefits for both in network and/or out of network providers prior to scheduling an appointment, as it is the client’s responsibility for payment if insurance denies coverage.
If you prefer not to utilize insurance, our out of pocket fees range from $100-$225 per session. Please note rates and insurance acceptance vary per provider.
We accept checks, cash, credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
