Ann Marie Arvoy, MA, LPC
Ann Marie Arvoy, MA, LPC, CHt
With 25 years in the field as a psychotherapist and coach, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals heal, grow, and transform. Now, my passion extends beyond working with clients—I am committed to mentoring and supporting fellow therapists in their own professional journeys.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training with some of the most influential figures in the field, including Zindel Segal, the founder of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Marsha Linehan, the creator of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My studies and experiences have taken me far beyond the therapy room—even leading to an incredible opportunity to meet the Prime Minister of Tibet.
As the Founder and Director of Operations at Mosaic Counseling, I bring a wealth of knowledge in mindfulness skills with a specialty in MBCT, HeartMath, Hypnotherapy, and EMDR. I am certified in HeartMath and Hypnotherapy, with a pending certification in EMDR. Additionally, I am certified as a Specialist in Hypnosis for Weight Reduction, Anxiety Reduction, the Law of Attraction, and Sports Performance. Currently pursuing a PsyD with an anticipated graduation in 2026, I continue to deepen my expertise.
While I am not currently taking new clients, I know how important it is to find the right therapist. At Mosaic Counseling, we have an incredible team of skilled and compassionate therapists, and I am here to help guide you in finding the best fit for your needs. If you're looking for support, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to help you connect with the right therapist.
Whether you are a client seeking transformation or a therapist looking for mentorship, my approach is warm, supportive, and informed by decades of experience. I believe in creating a space where growth is not just possible—it’s inevitable.
